With all road legal Mobility Scooters, Active Mobility will complete the relevant DVLA paperwork for you.

We provide the engineer delivery service as standard, which means we will build the product for you, check everything is as it should be, and the seat height is set to your personal needs.
You will receive a phone call to arrange a delivery date to suit you. The engineer will provide a full demonstration on the workings of your new product, including how to charge your new product.
The engineer will be able to answer all questions you may have. All the packaging will be removed, so there will be no rubbish left behind.
Engineer Delivery is included with your new mobility scooter when you buy from us, with other companies it is often an additional charge/service to a normal purchase of a mobility scooter, costing between £80 - £100. To be clear we include this with your new mobility scooter.
Warranty Call-out cover
For your peace of mind all our new mobility scooters come with warranty call-out cover. All our new products come with a 1-year warranty as standard, we have included in our price labour call out cover, which covers you for 3 call outs for Active mobility or an appointed representative to come to your home and repair the product with no extra charge to you.
Warranty Call-out is usually an additional charge/service to a normal purchase of a mobility scooter, costing approx. £55. Without a warranty call out, normally you would be responsible to arrange the return of the mobility scooter to the retailor, who will then repair the scooter for you under warranty. To be clear we include this with your new mobility scooter.
If you are not happy with the product and want to return, you have a 14-day period to do this. Your Mobility Scooter will be collected in the same way as you received the delivery. We are offering this service to make your life easier, as this can be a stressful experience.
Returns is usually an additional charge and is up to you to arrange the return of the mobility scooter. The cost for returning a mobility scooter can be between £50-£200. To be clear we include this with your new mobility scooter.
