We offer a 14-day cooling-off period so you can inspect your purchase and decide if it’s suitable.
To start a return, please notify us by phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning Your Item
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, we’ll arrange collection or ask you to return the item to our workshop.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods using your original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can organise a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Custom-made or bespoke equipment

Products that have been used or installed

Consumable items (e.g. batteries, cushions, or covers)
