Your statutory rights are not affected.
We offer a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period so you can inspect your purchase and decide if it’s suitable. To start a return, please notify us by phone and in writing within 14 days of receiving your order:

Returning your item

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, at your own cost, unless otherwise agreed.

Products should be complete, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

If dismantling is required, we can arrange collection by a mobility technician for £145, within 14 days of your cancellation.

Please include your returns reference and a copy of your purchase invoice with the reason for return to help us process your refund quickly.
Exclusions
We’re unable to accept returns for:

Made-to-order items (e.g. electric wheelchairs)

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (e.g. incontinence products, bath lifts)
Refunds

We’ll refund the cost of your returned items within 14 days of receiving them back.

Refunds include the standard delivery cost paid at the time of order (if applicable).
Order cancellations before dispatch
If you cancel after your order has been processed, we may charge any costs incurred in preparing your item for dispatch.
