Delivery Information
All base prices include free TNT/courier delivery for scooters, manual wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, riser recliner chairs, and ramps within the UK mainland. For delivery costs to other areas, please contact us on 01789 298182.
Products will usually arrive in large, heavy boxes to your front door and will require assembly. If you prefer, we offer an Engineer Delivery Service where your product will be built, set up, and demonstrated in your home to ensure you get the best use from it.

Warranty
All new products include a 1-year return-to-base warranty as standard. For £55, you can upgrade to include labour call-out cover, which gives you up to 3 home visits from Active Mobility or an approved representative to repair your product at no extra cost. Returns Guide
If you're not satisfied with your product, you have 14 days to return it. Please contact us on 01789 298182 or email hello@activemob.co.uk with your name and order number. We will arrange a returns label for you — the cost will be deducted from your refund and will vary depending on the product.
Where goods are made to order (for example, Electric Wheelchairs) or for health and safety reasons cannot be returned (for example, incontinence products and bath lifts), please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
All products must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in their original packaging. If goods need to be dismantled to enable return, and you notify us within 14 days of delivery, we can arrange collection by a Mobility Technician at a cost of £145.
