Delivery Times
All base prices include free TNT/courier delivery for scooters, wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, riser chairs, and ramps within the UK mainland. For delivery costs to other areas, please contact us at 01789 298182
Products will be delivered in large, heavy boxes to your front door and will require assembly. If you prefer, we offer an engineer delivery service where your product will be built, set up, and demonstrated to ensure you get the best use from it.

We always strive to deliver your new product as quickly as possible.
Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Warranty
We aim for you to have a trouble-free experience with your new product, but all new products come with a 1-year return-to-base warranty as standard. For £55, you can upgrade to include labour call-out cover, which includes up to 3 home visits from Active Mobility or an approved representative to repair your product at no extra cost. Returns Guide
If you're not satisfied with your product, you have 14 days to return it. Please contact us at 01789 298182 or email hello@activemob.co.uk with your name and order number, and we'll arrange a returns label for you. The return cost will be deducted from your refund, and the amount will vary depending on the product. For more information, please visit our returns page.
