A Business Built on Experience and Empathy

Active Mobility was founded in 2001 by Mick Copas, who built the business on strong values of integrity, service, and heartfelt care for others.

In 2008, Tracy Suther joined the team, bringing her own first-hand understanding of living with and caring for people with complex health needs.
Supported by Mick during moments of emergency health need, Tracy’s role grew over time — from part-time assistant to Branch Manager, then Operations Director in 2013, and eventually Managing Director in 2024.

In 2025, Tracy Suther took sole ownership of Active Mobility, continuing the legacy Mick Copas began — ensuring the business remains built on compassion, trust, and genuine care for every customer.
