Delivery Guide
Cushions are made when your order is placed and takes approx 2-3 weeks. Delivery is via Royal Mail or a courier and usually takes 1 to 4 working days from despatch. For non-UK customers: Information on cost and delivery estimates please call the office on 01789 298182
Returns Guide
We know that sometimes things don’t work out and hope you’re not too disappointed. If you’d like to return an item, we’ll refund or exchange any unused items returned in saleable condition. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty goods or any other statutory rights. You can return your items quickly and easily, please call us on 01789 339738 or email sales@activemob.co.uk, stating your name and order number and we will arrange a returns label for you. The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund to cover the postage.
