The Stealth Essence SPP is a contoured foam cushion built to do two jobs at once: protect your skin and hold you in a good, balanced sitting position. SPP stands for skin protection and positioning. It is light, easy to lift and needs very little looking after.

Worth knowing before you buy

The Essence SPP is an all-foam cushion. If you have already had pressure sores, or a clinician has told you that you are at very high risk, a cushion with a fluid or air insert under the sitting bones usually gives more protection. The maximum user weight for this cushion is 136 kg (21 stone), so it is not the right choice for heavier users.

What size do I need?
It comes in widths from 14" to 20" and depths from 14" to 18". The cushion should match the seat of your wheelchair, so measure the seat width and depth, or book a free assessment and we will measure for you.

Can I try one before I buy?
We don't keep every cushion in stock, so please call first and we will check what we have. If it isn't here, we can usually arrange a demo, and we can also come to you for a free home assessment.
