The QUICKIE Q300 R Kids & Teens is a rear-wheel drive electric wheelchair, also known as a powerchair, built on an ultra-slim 55 cm base with seating designed to grow.

It climbs kerbs up to 10 cm, travels up to 20 miles with the larger batteries, and can lift the seat so your young person can talk with friends at eye level. It gives real independence indoors and out.

Worth knowing before you buy

The Q300 R is a substantial chair, from 124 kg with batteries, so it needs an accessible vehicle rather than a car boot. Rear-wheel drive needs a little more turning room than mid-wheel drive, so for very tight homes and classrooms the mid-wheel drive Q300 M Mini may suit better. We'll always recommend an assessment to get the seating right.
