Care Guide
Both overcharging and undercharging your batteries can significantly reduce their expected battery life. Always follow the manufacturer's recommendations and generally plan to charge regularly used devices every day regardless of how little they've been used, we recommend charging your mobility batteries overnight.
Delivery Guide
Portable scooters will be delivered directly to you and will need to be built. The boxes will be large and heavy, so please be aware of this. The boxes will be delivered to your front door by a courier. We can engineer deliver your scooter where your scooter will be built for you and then shown exactly how to use the scooter and set the scooter up just for you. Returns Guide
If you are not happy with the product and want to return you have a 14 day period to do this. Please call us on 01789 339738 or email sales@activemob.co.uk, stating your name and order number and we will arrange a returns label for you. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount. The price of this varies from each product.
