It folds narrow, the rear wheels come off for the boot, and the seat can be set up to fit you properly. That means less strain on your shoulders and back, and more energy left for the day itself.

  Six seat widths from 380 to 505 mm and depths from 400 to 500 mm mean you sit supported, rather than sliding or leaning to one side.

• Adjustable seat height
  From 360 to 510 mm, so your feet reach the floor for shuffling along, or the seat lines up with your bed or sofa for easier transfers.

Worth knowing before you buy

This is a folding chair built for everyday life rather than sport, so it isn't as light or as quick to push as a rigid-frame active wheelchair. If you're over 125 kg, need tilt or recline for posture, or only ever need to be pushed by someone else, a heavy-duty, tilt-in-space or transit wheelchair may suit you better.
