That makes it a good long-term choice if your needs are likely to change, or if you simply want a chair that can be fine-tuned rather than replaced. It still folds for the car and is light enough to push yourself every day.

Worth knowing before you buy

The MWP is a practical everyday folding chair, so it isn't as light or responsive as a rigid-frame active wheelchair built for sport. If you're over 125 kg, a bariatric wheelchair will be stronger and wider. If you need tilt or recline to manage posture or pressure, look at a tilt-in-space wheelchair instead.
