It takes users up to 300 kg (47 st), with seats from 505 mm to 755 mm wide. Thoughtful touches, like a backrest that lets your arms move freely and a built-in transfer aid, make everyday moments easier.

Worth knowing before you buy

The Ampla has a rigid frame, so it doesn't fold like a cross-brace chair. The total weight is 27 kg, with the heaviest part 19.5 kg, which can be a lot to lift into a car. It also needs a wide turning space (1420–1660 mm). If you mostly need to be pushed, or need tilt for pressure care, a bariatric transit or tilt-in-space wheelchair may suit you better.

The chair is about 205 mm wider than the seat. We can measure your doorways on a free home assessment before you decide.
