Care Guide

When you first receive your chair, it may be worth considering to spray the material with a protective spray, to repels liquids and reduce the risk of staining if you spill your cup of tea across it.  It's also a good idea to use the arm caps and chairbacks so that they can be washed every now and again.  Standard uphostery facbrics are usually fine with some soapy water and a sponge for light stains.  For really tough stains or badly ripped fabric, we'd recommend you use a professional furniture cleaning service.  Make sure you don't put anything underneath your riser recliner chair as objects may become trapped.  Some riser recliners have a back up battery in case there is a power cut, once used, these batteries will need to be replaced.

Delivery Guide

We recommend that you choose the engineer delivery option as your riser chair will be built for you, and then we will show you exactly how to use the chair.  Otherwise your, Riser Chair will be delivered directly to you and you will need to be put the chair together as the back is separate to the base of the chair.  The boxes will be large and heavy, so please be aware of this.  The boxes will be delivered to your front door by a courier.  We recommend keeping hold of the box for 14 days just in case you need to return the chair.

Returns Guide

If you are not happy with the product and want to return, you have a 14 day period to do this. Please call us on 01789 298182 or email sales@activemob.co.uk, stating your name and order number and we will arrange a returns label for you.  The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.  The price of this varies for each product.
