This is a pre-owned scooter, so it has had a previous owner, although it's in excellent condition and has been serviced. It's a pavement scooter with a top speed of 4 mph, so it can't be used on the road. At 77 kg in total, the pieces are manageable for many people, but if lifting 24 kg is too much for you, look at a lighter folding scooter or a car hoist. Ground clearance is 6 cm, so it's best on pavements and firm paths rather than rough ground.
