Specifications
A premium, highly adjustable powerchair at an ex-demo price
A well-fitted electric wheelchair can change how much you get done in a day, but top-end chairs carry a top-end price. This ex-demo Quickie Q500 M has been used as a demonstration chair rather than owned by a customer, giving you the same mid-wheel drive base and adjustable seating for considerably less than a new one.
The Q500 M is built to be nimble indoors yet confident outside, with a range of up to 24 miles. The seat adjusts across a wide range of widths, depths and heights, so it can be set up to fit you properly — which matters for comfort and posture if you're in your chair all day.

- You need seating that can be adjusted to fit you well
- Users up to 25 stone (160 kg)
Worth knowing before you buy
As an ex-demo chair it has been used for demonstrations, so it isn't brand new; ask us about its exact set-up and condition when you call. It weighs about 165 kg with batteries and is roughly 65 cm wide and 118 cm long, so it isn't a chair for lifting into a car boot. Top speed is 4 mph. If you need something to take in the car, a folding electric wheelchair is a better match.
Questions customers ask us
What does ex-demo mean?
It's a chair that has been used to demonstrate the model to customers, rather than one that has belonged to someone.
Can the seat be adjusted to fit me?
Yes, within the ranges above. We can talk through your measurements and help set it up.
Can I try it?
Yes. Call us first so we can check it's in the showroom — if it isn't, we can usually arrange a demo model. You can also book a free home assessment.
