Delivery Guide
You can either have the Bathlift couriered directly to you, and you setup the bathlift yourself or we can arrange for an engineer to deliver the bathlift, set it up and show you how to use the Bathlift. Should you choose this option, please be aware this will take a few days longer.
Returns Guide
If you are not happy with the product and want to return, you have a 14 day period to do this. Please call us on 01789 298182 or email sales@activemob.co.uk, stating your name and order number and we will arrange a returns label for you. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount. The price of this varies for each product.
