Worth knowing before you buy
The King Cobra is a big machine: about 170 cm long, 73 cm wide and around 187 kg with batteries. It needs a turning space of about 2.1 metres, so it isn't suited to small homes, shops with narrow aisles or car transport. You'll need wide, level access and a secure place to store and charge it. As a Class 3 scooter it must be registered with the DVLA, which is free. If you don't need the extra capacity, a mid-size road scooter will be easier to live with.
Questions customers ask us
Is it road legal?
Yes. It's a Class 3 scooter for the road at up to 8 mph and the pavement at 4 mph, once registered with the DVLA.
Will it fit through my gate or garage door?
It's 73 cm wide, so measure your gateway and doors first — we're happy to check with you.
Can I try one?
Yes. We don't keep every scooter in stock, so call us first and we'll check — if it isn't here we can usually arrange a demo model, or come to you for a free home assessment.
