Worth knowing before you buy

This model uses a sealed lead-acid battery, which weighs 9.1 kg — heavier than a lithium battery — and the heaviest piece, the base, is about 24 kg. If that's too much to lift, a lighter lithium-powered portable scooter would suit you better. There's no suspension and the dials are simple analogue ones, so it's best on smooth pavements and indoors rather than rough ground.

Up to about 11 miles, depending on the rider, the route and the weather.

Will it fit in my boot?
Drive says it fits most car boots once taken apart; the base is about 103 × 51 × 39 cm. Bring your boot measurements and we'll check with you.

Can I see one before buying?
Yes — please ring before you come in. We don't stock every model, so we'll check for you, and if it isn't in we can usually arrange a demo model or a free home assessment.
