Worth knowing before you buy

The FR1 Cruiser is a large, heavy scooter — about 137 kg and 139 cm long — so it won't come apart or go in a car, and you'll need a level, dry place to store and charge it. Its turning radius of about 157.5 cm means tight hallways and small shops can be awkward. If most of your trips are short and local, a smaller road or pavement scooter may be easier to live with. As a Class 3 scooter it must be registered with the DVLA, which is free.

Can I choose the tyres?
Yes, it's available with air or solid tyres. Air gives the softer ride, solid can't puncture — let us know which you'd like.

How is it different from the other FR1 models?
The Cruiser has the biggest batteries and the most powerful motor in the FR1 range, plus a fast charger and gold finish.

Can I see one first?
Yes. We don't keep every model in stock, so please call first and we'll check — if it isn't in the showroom, we can usually arrange a demo model. A free home assessment is also available.
