Light, easy power that saves your arms on everyday trips

Pushing a manual wheelchair round town can leave your shoulders and wrists worn out before the day has really begun. The Klaxon Klick Light clips onto the front of your own wheelchair and takes over the hard work, then comes off again whenever you want to push yourself.

It is the lightest front-mounted Klick, so it suits teenagers, adults with less arm strength and anyone lifting it into a car.

✅ Key Features & Benefits

• Only 8.8 kg to lift
Much easier to get into a car boot, whether you load it yourself or a partner or carer helps — a real plus if you or they have a bad back or sore shoulders.

• 750 W motor with five speeds and reverse
Pulls you up slopes and ramps without straining, and you choose the pace — gentle in a busy shop, quicker on a long, clear path.

• Choice of three battery sizes
A small, light battery for short trips, or a bigger one that Klaxon rates at 45–50 km on the flat for long days out.

• Optional tetra handlebar
A handlebar designed for people with limited grip or finger movement, so weak or painful hands can still control the unit with confidence.

• Two ways to attach
A central link that clicks on in one movement, or a side link for chairs with a tapered front frame.

• Electronic braking and cruise control as standard
Smooth, controlled stopping and a steady speed on long stretches, so your hands can relax.

Colours available

Choose your battery cover colour: Reflex, light blue, blue, pink, red or yellow.

Who it suits best

• Users up to 120 kg (18 st 13 lb)

Worth knowing before you buy

The Klick Light has a 12-inch wheel and is made for pavements, shops and town paths rather than grass, gravel or muddy tracks — if you want to head off-road, an all-terrain power add-on with a wider tyre will suit you better. You also need a compatible manual wheelchair and enough arm and hand control to steer — we'll check this with you first.

Questions customers ask us

Will it fit my wheelchair?
Klaxon makes clamps for a wide range of rigid and folding frames, including tapered fronts. We'll measure your chair and check the make and model first, so the right fittings are ordered.

Can I try one before I buy?
Yes. We don't keep every model in stock, so give us a call first and we'll check it's in the showroom — and if it isn't, we can usually arrange a demo model for you. You can also book a free home assessment.
