Specifications
Go further on the pavement, with a softer ride all the way
Small travel scooters are handy, but their short range and tiny wheels can make longer local trips hard work. The Motion Healthcare eMove 4 is a full-size pavement scooter that goes up to 26 miles on a charge, with air-filled tyres and suspension front and rear to smooth out the journey.
It's a sensible, good-value choice if you want to get to the shops, the post office and the park, call in on friends, and still have charge left for the ride home. It carries riders up to 23.5 stone and handles slopes better than any other pavement scooter in Motion's range.

Worth knowing before you buy
The eMove 4 is a Class 2 scooter, so it's for pavements at up to 4 mph and not for the road. It uses a sealed lead-acid battery, which is heavy at 24.5 kg, and although it comes apart the heaviest piece is 26.21 kg, so it's not one for lifting into a car every day. If you need to transport it often, a boot scooter is easier; if you want to use the road, look at the 8 mph road-legal scooters instead.
Questions customers ask us
Can I ride it on the road?
No — it's a pavement scooter with a top speed of 4 mph. You can cross roads at crossing points as a pedestrian would.
Does it come apart?
Yes, into separate sections, but the heaviest is just over 26 kg, so most people keep it at home and ride from the door.
Can I test drive one?
Yes. We don't keep every model in stock, so give us a call first and we'll check — if it isn't in the showroom, we can usually arrange a demo model. You can also book a free home assessment.
