Worth knowing before you buy

The Nitron is built to be light, so it is not a long-distance chair. Its range is up to 12 km (7.5 miles) on a charge, top speed is 4 mph and it is rated for slopes up to 6 degrees. If you want to travel further, tackle steep hills or rough paths, or you weigh more than 120 kg, a sturdier folding chair or a full-size electric wheelchair will suit you better. If you need extra postural support or a tilting seat, ask us about a more supportive chair.
