When you rely on your chair all day, small changes of position make a big difference. The Ottobock Juvo B7 is an electric wheelchair, also known as a powerchair, built around Ottobock's Advanced Power Seat, which can tilt you forwards, lay you flat or bring you up towards standing.

It's designed for people with complex needs who want more control over their own position. Getting in and out is easier, and you can stretch out flat to rest without moving to a bed.

Worth knowing before you buy

The Juvo B7 is a specialist chair, configured to each user, so its final specification depends on your assessment. With a 64 cm wide base it is larger than a compact indoor chair, and it doesn't fold — you'll need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for travel. If you don't need powered positioning, a simpler modular powerchair may suit you and cost less.

How far and how fast does it go?
Ottobock quotes a range of up to 30 km (about 19 miles) and a top speed of 10 km/h (6.2 mph). Your weight, hills and the ground all affect range.

Can it climb slopes?
It's rated for slopes up to 10° (17%).

Can I try one?
Yes. We don't keep every model in stock, so call us first and we'll check — if there isn't one in the showroom, we can usually arrange a demo chair. We also offer a free home assessment.
