Worth knowing before you buy

The Leo is a pavement scooter with a top speed of 4 mph, so it isn't for road use or very long journeys; a Class 3 road scooter would suit you better there. It weighs about 83 kg, with the heaviest piece around 54 kg, so it's not one to lift into a car boot regularly; a lightweight boot scooter is better for travel. Solid tyres are low-maintenance but give a firmer ride than air-filled ones on rough paths. This is a one-off pre-owned scooter.
