This one is in excellent, as-new condition: the battery, body panels and tyres all have our green rating. It's a compact 4 mph pavement scooter with a light frame and lithium battery, and it comes apart into pieces with the heaviest at just under 11 kg, so getting it in and out of the boot is far less of a struggle.

Worth knowing before you buy

Although it's in excellent condition, this is a pre-owned scooter that has had a previous owner. Travel scooters like the Evolite are made for short, smooth journeys, so it isn't the right choice for long distances, grass, gravel or steep hills — the ground clearance is a low 4 cm. If you'd like more comfort over bumps or more distance between charges, a mid-size pavement scooter with suspension would suit you better.

Most likely. It comes apart into light pieces, the heaviest weighing 10.9 kg, and is only 98 cm long when assembled.

Can I ride it on the road?
No. At 4 mph it's a pavement scooter, for footpaths, shops and pedestrian areas.
