This is an ex-demonstration QUICKIE Q50 R in Green, a folding electric wheelchair, also known as a powerchair, that folds down to around suitcase size without taking the battery out.

Being ex-demo, it has been used to show customers rather than lived in day to day, and our notes rate the plastics and the seat as excellent.

Worth knowing before you buy

This is a single ex-demo chair, so the colour and set-up are as you see them. Folded, it weighs 37.5 kg with the battery (32 kg without), which is a two-person lift for most people, or you'll want a car hoist. It has no lights, so it's best for daytime use. It isn't crash tested, so you'll need to move into a car seat to travel. If you need a lighter chair, or one for grass and rough tracks, ask us about other types.
