If you are a larger rider, or simply want a scooter that feels rock-solid on the road, the Rascal Vision is built for you. It is a heavy-duty, road-legal Class 3 scooter that carries up to 32 stone (204 kg), reaches 8 mph on the road and goes around 28 miles on its standard batteries.

Big air-filled tyres, front coil and rear shock suspension and a well-padded seat with good lumbar support make it feel more like a comfortable armchair on wheels. Long trips to town, the coast path or a friend's house become something to look forward to.

Worth knowing before you buy

The Vision is a large scooter: 154 cm long, 72 cm wide and over 150 kg with batteries. It needs a 2.21 m space to turn round and it does not come apart for a car boot, so make sure you have room to store and charge it. As a Class 3 scooter it must be registered with the DVLA (free). If you need something to take in the car, or will mostly use shops and narrow pavements, a smaller pavement or boot scooter will be easier.

Questions customers ask us

Can I use it on the road?
Yes. It is a Class 3 road-legal scooter, so it can travel at up to 8 mph on the road and is limited to 4 mph on pavements.

Should I choose the 100Ah batteries?
If you plan long days out, the 100Ah upgrade takes the range up to around 37 miles. For most local trips the standard batteries are plenty.

Can I test drive one?
Yes. Call us first, as we don't keep every model in stock, and we'll check one is in the showroom. If not, we can usually arrange a demo model or a home demonstration.
