Active Mobility Prices for Mobility Scooters includes the engineered delivery with the warranty call out cover protection, to ensure you have a safe and happy experience with your scooter. Although it is not compulsory as yet, we highly recommend ensuring you have mobility scooter insurance, just in case. Please note all Class 3 scooters are road legal, so therefore is required to be taxed, although a tax disc does is not displayed.
We recommend charging your mobility batteries overnight, every night for a minimum of 8 hours.

If you are not happy with the product and want to return, you have a 14 day period to do this. Please call us on 01789 298182 or email email@example.com, stating your name and order number and we will arrange a returns label for you. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount. The price of this varies for each product.
Hopefully, you will not experience any problems with your new product, but just in case all our new products come with a 1 year warranty as standard, we have included in our price labour call out cover, which covers you for 3 call outs for Active mobility or an appointed representative to come to your home and repair the product with no extra charge to you.
