Worth knowing before you buy

The Windsor is a home comfort bed rather than a nursing bed. The standard rating is 18 stone (114 kg), with heavy duty upgrades to 25 or 35 stone. If a carer will need to raise the whole bed, the hi-lo lifter is only offered on 3' singles, so a care bed may be more suitable. The drawer unit is an extra, so remember to add it when you order.

Does the drawer come with the bed?
No, it's an optional extra designed for the Windsor. Order it at the same time as your bed.

Can I see the Windsor before buying?
We don't keep every bed in stock, so please call first and we'll check — if it isn't in the showroom, we can usually arrange a demo model, and we offer free home assessments.
