Specifications
Go out in any season, on almost any path, and feel safe doing it
If you live somewhere rural, love the countryside, or simply refuse to stay indoors because of a bit of rain or a rough track, the Mini Crosser X1 is made for the way you live. Built in Scandinavia for hard winters, it's a road-legal scooter that feels as at home on a farm lane or cobbled street as it does on the high street.
It's designed to last at least ten years, with a strong drivetrain, proper suspension and a fully adjustable ERGO2 seat. Sold through Pride in the UK, the X1 is the scooter people choose when they want something they won't outgrow.
✅ Key Features & Benefits
Built for all weathers and all terrain
Designed for harsh climates, town and country, so wet days, gravel paths and bumpy lanes don't have to keep you at home.Comfortable suspension
Smooths out potholes, kerbs and rough ground, so far fewer jolts reach your back, neck and joints on longer rides.50 cm ERGO2 seat, adjustable to suit you
Depth, angle, armrests and headrest can be set up for your body, which helps if you have back pain or need good support to sit well for longer.Road legal at up to 8 mph
Travel further and quicker on the road, then slow to 4 mph on the pavement.Four-finger grip controls
You drive using your fingers rather than your thumb, which many people with arthritis or a weak grip find easier and less tiring.Made to last ten years or more
A heavy-duty frame and quality build mean it's an investment that keeps going year after year.Clear display and LED lighting
Easy-to-read information and bright lights help you see and be seen on dark winter afternoons.Carries up to 27.5 stone (175 kg)
A strong, stable scooter for a wide range of riders.
Colours available
Amber Orange and Black.
Who it suits best
- You live rurally or want to explore paths, parks and country lanes
- You ride in all weathers and all seasons
- You want a long-term scooter built to last
- You have a garage or outbuilding to store and charge it
Worth knowing before you buy
The X1 is a big, heavy scooter — 124 kg before the seat and batteries — so it won't go in a car and needs a garage or secure outbuilding with power. It's also a premium scooter with a price to match. If you mainly use smooth town pavements, a standard road scooter will do the job for less; if you'd like the clearer smart display and automatic headlights, look at the Mini Crosser X2.
Questions customers ask us
Can I use it on the road?
Yes. It's a Class 3 scooter, so you can ride on the road at up to 8 mph once it's registered with the DVLA, which is free.
What's the difference between the X1 and X2?
The hardware is the same. The X2 adds a smarter light-sensitive digital display showing the date, time, temperature, distance and battery level.
Can I try one?
Yes. Call us first and we'll check one's in stock; if not, we can usually arrange a demo model. Free home assessments are available too.
