These portable scooters come apart to fit in most car boots, and they're the ones our customers choose again and again. All are 4 mph pavement scooters. Prices are our current website prices.
Mike's Choice: Rascal Vierra (from £1,795)
The Rascal Vierra is our most popular scooter. It's also one of our hire scooters at Stratford Shopmobility, so you can hire one and try it before you buy.
- Aluminium frame, 21 stone user weight
- Lithium battery with a lifetime battery guarantee
Motion Healthcare Alumina Pro (from £2,395)
The Alumina Pro gives you the leg room of a three-wheeler with the stability of four wheels. Tracy's father tried several of our portables and chose this one for the extra leg room. Up to 30 miles and 21 stone.
Rascal Veo Sport (from £1,095)
The Veo Sport is a very popular, good-value portable with all-round suspension, for users up to 20 stone.
Komfi-rider Marlin (from £2,495)
The Marlin is slightly bigger than a standard portable, which makes it more comfortable to drive. Good if you want a car scooter that doesn't feel like a compromise.
What about folding scooters?
We sell them, but we don't tend to recommend them. They're less comfortable and don't feel as safe, and you still lift the whole scooter in one go. Read folding or portable?
Try one with your car
Call 01789 339 738 or book a free home assessment within 75 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon. We'll check it fits your boot and that you can lift each piece. If lifting is hard, ask about a car boot hoist.
