Since January 2025 we've sold 114 new mobility scooters. Here are the models our customers chose, from small boot scooters to full-size 8mph road scooters.
We've also counted how many of those customers have called us out for a fault since. 26 of them (23%) have reported a problem, 41 faults in all. They included punctures, batteries and parts wearing out.

What this tells us
The Rascal Vierra LiFe was our most popular new scooter. It's a lightweight transportable that comes apart to go in the car. The Pride Baja Bandit led the bigger 8mph road scooters. Across Pride, Rascal, Invacare, Sterling, Monarch, Kymco, ScooterPac and others, we sold around 50 different models. No single scooter suits everyone.
That's the point of buying from a local dealer. We match the scooter to how you'll use it, you try it first, and when something does go wrong, we're the ones who come out and fix it.

How we counted: these figures cover sales from our Stratford-upon-Avon showroom between January 2025 and October 2026. "Faults reported" counts the times a customer called us out, or brought equipment in, because something had gone wrong after they bought from us: a repair, a breakdown, a puncture, a part failing. Routine annual services are not counted, and several visits for the same problem count as one fault. It can include problems with other equipment the customer owns. Models we only sold once with no faults are listed by name below the table.
